Making Workplaces Work
Better

Keyword:
"Difficult" People

Difficult workplace behaviors run the gamut from negative and
"chip-on-the-shoulder" habitually angry individuals to those
who are hypersensitive (burst into tears without apparent cause), or
those who get belligerent and uncooperative.
The good news is that there's quite a lot that you can do to gain
cooperation while ensuring "containment" of any bothersome
behavior. Our 3-part article series describes situations where you
might be able to practice your skills and suggests some new approaches.
