Looking for anyone who knows on how to deal with this problem and move on in one's life. I've worked under intense bullying in a large insurance company in the Midwest for 1.5 years. During that time, I suffered from a lot of cruelty from a person who was not even my direct manager. However, my job had a history of high turnover as I later learned. HR was aware of the problem and decided to ignore it. Any advice?

Hi Nikita,
I have been through similar stuff.
I had to have time off work.
I was on work cover.
(Insurance)
I had to have a lot of counseling and a lot of Inner Child work.
I have become very secure within myself.
I now give of a nonchallant vibe that says you are just wasting your time.
Was it easy? No
Was it all worth it?
Yes!
I am happy to talk with you.
Don't think I am trivialisng your pain because I know it was the longest hardest most painful journey,
Jo
