Licensing Policy

Daniel Robin & Associates files and images are royalty-free for use in such things as company communications, newsletters, and other forms of internal distribution over which you have a reasonable amount of control. You can even use them in products for sale, up to 10,000 copies, when the proper copyright and author credits are included with the document or image.

The licensing is detailed in the license agreement below:

LICENSE AGREEMENT

GRANT OF LICENSE. Daniel Robin & Associates grants you the nonexclusive, nonassignable right to print, download, and use the articles and images and any derivatives or copies thereof (collectively, the "articles") from this Website on one computer and with one user at a time. The articles may be copied, incorporated in materials, and thereby distributed in print or electronic form in accordance with the following provisions:

1. In electronic mail, the copyright and author credits must be visible and readable as part of the printable image by all recipients. DRA contact information (phone number and website; email address optional but appreciated) must also be included.
2. In a company newsletter or other internal publications, per (1)
3. In marketing materials distributed by the company, per (1)
4. In products you sell, up to 100 copies; more than 100 requires permission in writing from Daniel Robin & Associates and total estimated distribution.
5. For internal training purposes within the scope of a written consulting agreement with Daniel Robin & Associates, unless otherwise restricted.

The articles on this site are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. You may be held legally responsible for any failure to abide by the terms of this agreement. Daniel Robin & Associates retain all rights not expressly granted by this agreement.
